Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My disabled husband bought a nice single wide trailer and had it financed through Suntrust over 10 years ago. He always paid on time and once he was alittle late, but always caught up with no problems from Suntrust. However, he received a letter that his loan was sold out to 21st Mortgage Corp. about two years ago, and the nightmare started. I pay the bills for my

disabled husband and have NEVER been over 30 days past due. Well, this company has called 4 and 5 times a day, hey, they are calling now as I am typing this, and they got a mortgage payment today! But, I really think that

they do not care if they harrass customers, they love it. This is part of their daily activities, to drive people to drink, take drugs, jump off cliffs, try to kill themselves or others, to yell and scream at them, etc. They do not care. I

have always sent and overage amount along with the payment. This is good to do anyway, over what you owe them, that way, more is going to the principle amount and you will get them paid off earlier. My main point is, what really makes me mad, besides the constant harrassment of phone calls

from Whitt Reed, is he has called our neighbor, whom my husband does not have on the referral paperwork, and also he called my husband's first x-wife

that he was married to in the 70's and was not on any paperwork. Remember,

my husband was not over 30 days late. Can you imagine if he was 60 days late, they would be calling his doctor, or social security diability!! I am sorry, but companies like this should NOT be able to stay in business with these sort of practices. I have never heard of such, and I think the government needs to investigate their internal business practices. I know disabled persons have special rights and I think my husbands rights have been violated. Please, if you have been done this way also, let's get a class action lawsuit against this awful company and it might stop others from getting hurt by them.

Your old mortgage company apprently went out of business or couldn't afford to keep your loan, right? So they sell it to another company that can. Sounds to me like your old company should have been doing a better job to begin with. This isn't a problem with your current mortgage company. It's a problem they inherited from an inferior compnay when they bought your loan.

You go to a bank, ask to borrow thousands of dollars and then get mad because they want it in the time frame you contractually agreed to. Ok, in a bad time. Not stipulated in the contract and they are not legally required to let you live there free. Can't blame them. It's up to you to find a way to keep your responsibility. I have come on hard times too, but have found a way to pay my mortgage so that it is paid before it's due. Mowing lawns, selling my TV, no more eating out. My house is all I have.

Then Job answered: 2I have heard many such things; miserable comforters are you all. 3Have windy words no limit? Or what provokes you that you keep on talking? 4I also could talk as you do, if you were in my place; I could join words together against you, and shake my head at you. 5I could encourage you with my mouth, and the solace of my lips would assuage your pain

Company also pulls your and your spouses's credit report/score, even thou only one person applies for credit. Company's are suppose to each and every person's consent to view their credit report. Company also lies about insurance company requiring a year's premium up front for a new policy, that way they can charge interest on the premium.

My loan got sold to them as well. They are definitely over dramatic when it comes to the payment being a little late. I have had the payment in the mail and have had them call. I have ignored the calls because it is so ridiculous to call so soon. I have noticed they start calling around 6-7 days late. I have never been over thirty days late neither and was only 20 days late I think once. Good luck, I may try to refinance mine with someone else.
