24 Hour Computer Doc 'N Design - Tia Grimm ripped off payment not paid for work done Vail Arizona
I had been working for 24hour computing doc since March of 2006. Everything was going ok. Payments were made but not really on time. I am owed $776 dollars for work I did for Tia from back in May till the present. She claims she is out of town and will not be back till end of August. She claims the checks that are owed to me are being mail to her office and since she is out of town she cannot process them. I made her an offer to to settle this. I told her if she paid me $400 dollars by August 10th she could keep the rest. She refused the offer. I am going to be filing a claim agaist her in Pima County Court. I will also be reporting her to the BBB.
