Product Ordered: Custom Ink Injected Wristbands     

Total Amount Paid: >$200

In addition to the custom bands ordered, I accepted an upsell offer for $10 to obtain some plain "glow-in-the-dark" bands. They shipped the upsell bands (which I believe are represented in the tracking number provided), but I never received the custom bands that were intended for a scheduled business expo.

Since my last support contact was ignored, I have filed two new support tickets that have gone unanswered as well. I firmly believe their $10 upsell was a bait and switch that allowed them to claim they shipped the full order under one FedEx shipment that was sent without signature authorize, thus no ability to file a claim. I continue to try and get a resolution to this without being a jerk, but it appears that I will unfortunately have to contact our lawyer for additional action

Questions/Comments: As requested, I filed a claim in FedEx. Much to my disappointment, they stated that no claim is possible since no signature was required upon delivery (see attached). Since I spent $230 and I am sitting here with no product, I am obviously disappointed. However, I am wondering if there was some type of error in processing. Is it possible that the tracking number listed below is only related to the "Bonus" glow sticks that I spent the extra $10 on. When the package I did receive showed up, it only included these non-customized "bonus" sticks. I have yet to receive the custom bands ordered and at this point simply want a refund or the ability to re-customize replacements since exact replacements will not be received in time for the previously scheduled expo. Any help is greatly appreciated and I sincerely hope you understand my situation. I spent $230, have no product for that money, and both sides vendor/shipper and shipping provider have yet to accept any responsibility. I understand that mistakes happen, but I am extremely hopeful that your organization will resolve this issue to my satisfaction without the need to pursue the issue any further.
