4-22-06 Wedding Lorraine and Ernest.

We hired a wedding planner (303Weddings) to arrange everything with the exception of the reception hall, the decorations and the cake.

A. Invitations We tried numerous times to order our Wedding Invitations. Mitch from 303Weddings continued to disregard our urgency in wanting to order our invitations. Finally at the end of March we were able to speak with Mike from 303Weddings and he expressed shock that we had not ordered our invitations yet. Mike placed our order that day and we finally had our invitations on 3/31/06 less than one month prior to the ceremony.

B. Mitch vs. Mike Because of the problems we had working with Mitch, Mike informed us that we could use him as the primary contact. We were convinced that the Invitation ordeal was an isolated incident and assured that Mike would take care of things from here on out.

C. Tuxedos Mike assured us that we could order the tuxedos 2 weeks prior to the wedding and that would give us plenty of time to make any adjustments if needed. All the Groomsmen were fitted on April 10, 2006 (by employees of 303Weddings) with the exception of one who was fitted the next day on April 11, 2006. On April 19, 2006 (three days prior to the ceremony) we were informed by David at 303Weddings that not all of the tuxedos had arrived and, even worse, one of them had not been ordered at all. They stated that they would order it right away and it should make it in time for the ceremony. On April 20, 2006 (two days prior to the ceremony) we were contacted by David at 303Weddings and informed that they were unable to order the same tuxedo that they failed to order previously. They could however order another tuxedo that would not match that of the rest of the wedding party. We were assured that was the best they could do and it would arrive the following day (April 21, 2006 one day prior to the ceremony). The Groomsmen were told to come in on April 21st, 2006 (as all tuxedos would be in on that day) to try them on so that any last minute adjustments could be made. They were told by David that they couldn't try on the tuxes there. Four of the tuxedos did not fit correctly Two of there Pants were to big and they were the best men, the groom's jacket was way to big and one was the wrong suit. The two of them had pants that were way beyond too big and one had no choose but to wear different pants that were NOT the tuxedos that we had chosen for our ceremony.

D. Floral The floral decorations were delivered to the church and dropped off unsupervised during a baptismal and they drop them off by the restroom. When we arrived their where kids from the Baptismal messing in them and one of the Ring boys were left without one.

E. Limousine At the conclusion of the ceremony we had requested a Limousine to transport us to our reception and this was arranged by 303Weddings. We were informed after the ceremony that the Limousine awaiting us was not the one we requested. We also discovered that the Limousine awaiting us was far too small to accommodate our wedding party. We then had to wait for a replacement (2nd replacement) Limousine to do a pick up and drop off at the reception for the ones who didn't fit in the ordered limo. After getting drop off at the hall they had got there truck to meet us at the nearest park to take a few pictures. Our guests had already been awaiting our arrival for over an hour and many were beginning to filter out and the time we got there was after 5pm .

F. Pictures Because of the mix up with the Limousine we were unable to go the pre-planned destination to take our pictures. We wanted to go to 15th Platte River Park to get the River Picture, The Capital Pictures, and we also wanted to go to Sloan Lake and get some pictures of the lake as well also we just wanted to relax and cruise for a while but needless to say we couldn't but only were able to do a quick stop at the nearest park to the hall.

G. Caterer When we finally arrived at the reception hall we were greeted by hungry and upset guests. As stated previously, the caterer failed to begin serving dinner until our arrival. By this time it was after 5:00pm and when everyone was served the caterer staff were rude to guest and wedding party..

H. Disc Jockey The agreement was that 303Weddings would have the DJ arrive at 4:00pm to get set up and be there to introduce us when we got there and start the music @ 6:00 pm. When we arrived at 5:00pm the DJ still had not arrived and was no where to be found. At 8:00pm, the DJ finally arrived however; he still had to set up. Then he informed us that he did not have our Wedding Song Al Green Lets stay together. The DJ had no new music played nothing good as we wanted and we had to pull out our own CD's to listen too and the DJ.cut off the wedding march as we were doing it.

I. Photography Because of the delays in getting us from the Church to the Reception in addition to the delays caused by the DJ, the Photographer had to leave the reception before many important wedding memories could be recorded. We were not able to get photographs of: 1) our first dance, 2) tossing the bouquet, 3) Father and Daughter dance 4) any toasts made on our behalf and many others.

J. Clean up We were informed by 303Weddings that the caterer would be responsible for clean up of the reception hall. The wedding party started clearing off the tables and the caterer stated helping and so we left assuming they were going to finish. We received a call from Joyce at the hall on Monday stating the hall wasn't clean so the Groom and I went back and clean it.

After the problems with the invitations, the tuxedos, the florist, the Limousine, the DJ the Photography and the Caterer I contacted 303Weddings to request at least of the $4500.00 we had paid for them to arrange our wedding as a refund. Mike informed us that would not be possible. He said the best thing that he could offer us was $1000.00 and then $500.00 worth of additional pictures. To me this was unacceptable. Why would I accept an additional $500 worth of photographs when at least of the events we had requested be photographed were not able to be? At this time I am requesting that we be refunded for the entire $4500.00 paid to 303Wedding and respectfully request $500.00 for pain and suffering due to the following violations of contract and/or misrepresentation on the part of 303Weddings.

We went to court they completely lied and we were only awarded 1200.00 .
