411.ca 411 Local Search Corp. BEWARE - DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES Toronto Ontario
411.ca entered into an agreement with our company to list us on their website and to provide search engine optimization. We agreed to go month-to-month for their services and were told by their representative that we could cancel at any time without obligation.
Once they got our credit card number, 411.ca charged us for a full-year of their "service" and then refused they ever agreed to go month-to-month, ever told us that we could cancel and any time, and refused to refund any of our money. When we complained, their representative, Kathy Wise, engaged in an endless "investigation" which did little but click the time away with NO resolution to ANY of the issues.
Once we complained on a corporate level, 411.ca offered us 3 free months of "service". Since their "service" was of no value in the first place, we declined.
BEWARE of this company. They are dishonest and are rip-off artists!
