In June 2012 i got a phone call from 411 sales Rep.
The rep promised me discounted advertising at 411. I was trying to get new customers and agrees to try it for three months.
My credit card was charged for 240$ right away.
I negotiate with my sales rep. that after three months no subscription to their service unless i additional authorize that.
Time pass and after three months, having feeling that there might be some surprises, i called 411 and told them that i wish no continue with them (all i got from advertising on 411 - marketing calls, not even one from customers).
They was surprised. UI have to escalate it but finally they agree and apologies.
Guess what, after 6 months i still was getting marketing calls daily, and got my new bill for $1060
I wrote to them back that this transaction was not authorized by me.
Instead of reply they sold my case to collection agency.
This is unacceptable.
Not to mention that 411.ca have nothing to do with printing version or telephone directories.
People THIS IS SCUM! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND DO NOT ADVERTISE THERE. RIP OFF!!!
