I ordered 4 items that qualified for rebates off of TigerDirect.com and so I filled out the rebate forms and included all documentation required and sent them in within the time frame required. Because 4MyRebate.com handles these rebates for TigerDirect.com now I have to send them to 4MyRebate instead of directly through TigerDirect.com or the manufacturer of the electronics I ordered (3 120mm computer fans and 1 CPU cooler). That said, I previously haven't had much trouble with 4MyRebate until now.

I got the confirmation that the rebates (1 rebate for the fans, 1 separate for the CPU cooler) were approved and processed. When I track the rebates they show that they were delivered on 9/19/2013????

So if they were delivered.... how come I never received them? I've already contacted 4MyRebate.com via email but they said they would take 2 days to respond and do not offer a phone number to call to get it straightened out right away.

I'm going to say that if 4MyRebate.com can refuse to send out rebate checks by claiming they never received the documentation in their specified time frame and with all required documentation, then it's reasonable to expect that they are liable for shipping the checks and ensuring they are delivered properly to the correct address, otherwise its a complete scam. I mean, if not, they can just say they shipped out the checks even if they haven't. 4MyRebate.com needs to be held accountable for doing their job, which is to process and deliver the rebate checks to the proper address in a timely manner.
