a couple of tuttles tina tuttle wayne tuttle told them i was 70yo woman w/balance and hearing issues living on $860/mo social security. i saved my money and ordered a dog vest. received no vest-no response to repeated appeals. internet canada
this is the email exchange i had with "tina tuttle". i weighed my dog and provided the additional information as requested. i was told it would take longer since the vest was being constructed in florida. after several unanswered inquiries i sent a request for a refund last week. this email address is no longer active.
