Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
These two companies work together to con you into a lease agreement that you don't realize that you are getting into with promises of training and financial support of up to $5,000. I am now being sued by their Lawyer Gary Grant for $9,435 for a machine that I have never been able to use and retails for around $700. None of the promises made by them has been followed through on and when I tried to set my web site up it was already being used by someone else.

If there is a class action lawsuit against these companies I would like to know. They are taking advantage of a lot of people.

I checked and you did register the domain name. There is someone using it for now. They can be kicked off in a matter of seconds. It's called "pirating" and it happens all the time. Call customer support Monday and get your site up and running. If you had built your site and put it on the web, nobody could have pirated your domain. Personally I have no idea why you chose that domain name. It says nothing about who you are and what you do. Choose something that speaks to your product line. The training is free and sitting there waiting for you to take advantage of it. xxx (startup essentials is the training partner) and get started. No more excuses now Jason. Get busy!

NO, I did not recive the training as it was not provided fully. I still cannot get it after over six months of trying. Support from Colony1 and USA CARD SERVICES has not been there after numous phone calls and e-mails. I did register the site name jeunlimited and it is now being used for an advertisement site. If it is so great why are there so many complaints, I would understand if mine was the only one.

I guess the best way I can defend my comments is with plain simple truth. I understand how mad you are, and I have been equally as mad in the past when I felt that somehow justice wasn't served in a matter. So I know how you feel. But to say that there are thousands of you who don't have a web site up and running is just plain ludicrous. I have only been on this site for less than a week, and have yet to see the myriads of scammed people. Getting a web site up and running is easy. Hundreds of people do it daily. If you went to your free web site templates and chose one, wrote some excellent content and pasted in some products, you have a site. That can literally be done in a couple of days. Our company will submit your site to the search engines, and actually drive the first 200 customers to your site for free. So how can you say that you don't have a web site up and running? Did you call customer support at Colony1 or our company with questions for help? Because you don't understand a step in the process doesn't mean it isn't achievable. It means you need more information. And if you have logged into the business portal, there are educational audios and videos to help you. All free! My suggestion is to get back to work and make something happen. You can do it. It won't be easy, but lasting success never is. Don't let anyone steal your dream again.

If you haven't noticed yet, if your site isnt up and running you didnt work hard enough. This is bull. These two people have to be working or getting something from USA. No matter what you say in here it will be you didnt work hard enough or you didnt get the internet. I say ignore Steve and Don. They have no idea what you or anyone else has done to get your website up and running. Here is two people and we are thousands; now who do you think is right? I worked my butt off on my site but i bet you Steve and Don will say i didnt. I got the internet but i bet you Steve and Don will say i didnt. I was not told about the credit card machine that i got in the mail. But i bet Steve and Don has a different story. How do they know so much about everyone here? Makes ya think. They remind me of the guys i talked to at USA. they have an answer for everything. Good luck to everyone and dont stop posting. You can tell its getting to USA or we wouldnt have these two "knoledgeable" people here telling us what we all did wrong. This will be my last response to these two people. They dont know me and they have no idea what I did or didnt do for my site. So blast away Steve and Don.

How is that a rip off?

You did in fact receive the training you were promised, did you not? if you didn't do your homework, how is that a ripoff? Jason, If you have a hard time figuring out how a $700 machine can cost you more money through a leasing program, try adding up 30 years of mortgage payments, or the total of payments on your car note. Your accountant will gladly tell you to lease. Even though the total of payments will be more, the tax advantages are excellent. That's why most businesses lease all their equipment on startup. What promises were made and not followed through? I'd be curious to find out what that statement means. Lastly, SOMEONE ELSE CAN NOT USE YOUR WEB SITE! That is impossible. If you mean that you procrastinated and someone beat you to a certain domain name, that is possible. Have you tried adding hyphens (which the search engines like more) or going with a .biz or .net account? You would know that if you really took the certification course. Good luck Jason. Why not quit writing and get to work?
