Jerry Denington A1 Surveying ripoff Riverside California
i live in indiana and purchased property in quail valley, california at a tax auccion. i hired a1 surveying owner jerry dennington to survey the property because i wanted to put a mfg house on it. i mailed him $700. to start survey.he completed survey and i immed mailed him the balance of 4800. i took a trip to california and he advised me to call him on mon july 18 and he would meet me at the property when i called him repeatedly i got no ansnwer.he called me back the next day was very rude and told me we were to meet tues. i advised him that was not true because i told him for 2 months i would be returning to indiana on tues. he also did the survey and told me after it was done that my property was in a deep gulley and part of it was in a drainage ditch. he took my $1500. and saw the property before telling me this. i didn't want to argue with him on the phone so i asked him to mail me the survey because i was going to try and sell the property. he advised me he would put it in the mail that dat. that was a week ago and i have called him twice and he doesn't return my calls. my next call is to the calif atty genl ofc
