Unrigestered Worker/Company doing business in RI -- Without proper registeration or insurance.
To make matters worse, he hires illegal immegrants to work on the job-site... what happens if someone gets hurt?
The work he did for the one day on the job was junk... had to be re-done -- STAY AWAY!!!
