My name is Keith. I was a AAA CAR CARE PLUS FACILITY MANAGER at the Johns Creek and Mansell Rd. locations for 8 years total. BEWARE!! AAA IS ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING YOUR MONEY! THEY PUT EXTREME PRESSURE ON THEIR SALES ASSOCIATES TO SELL YOU ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING AND THEY DO NOT VALUE MEMBERSHIP, YOUR SAFETY, YOUR SITUATION, YOUR VALUE AS A PERSON....THEY ARE ONLY OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND THEY WANT IT ALL. THEIR TECHNICIANS ARE NOT CERTIFIED, THEIR SALES ASSOCIATES ARE PAID ON COMMISION, THE MORE THEY SELL, THE MORE THEY MAKE. THE ORGANIZATION IS RAN BY ALLEN SINCLAIR 404-821-5596 AND RALPH JORDAN 404-308-3574 BOTH OF THESE AAA REPRESENTATIVES ROUTINELY DEMONSTRATE A COMPLETE LACK OF MORAL BUSINESS OPERATION, AND DRIVE THEIR PEOPLE TO FOCUS NOT ON QUALITY CAR REPAIR, AAA MEMBERSHIP PATRONAGE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY FOCUS ON TAKING YOUR MONEY. AAA Car Care repair technicians have been observed by me viewing pornagraphy on their devices, more often than not misdiagnose your car problem, but you are not told that, your expected to pay that plus their next best guess, AAA Managers have been terminated for DUI and for DRILLING HOLES IN A BATHROOM WALL to observe female customers and AAA employees going to the bathroom. Vehicles are often damaged by AAA employees while in the shop, in most every case, responsibility is denied by AAA. Many AAA employees have failed routine drug testing. AAA CAR CARE in Atlanta uses labor guides when estimating repair costs to a customer. These guides are produced by Automobile manufacturers to ensure fairness to consumers and technicians alike. Labor times are always greatly inflated over labor guide times to the benefit of the shop and technician, and much greater added expense to the consumer. AAA members are entitled to 10% off labor with an active membership, but in a great many cases, too many to count, this discount is not applied, but even when it is, it is applied to greatly inflated labor cost and time, so you really save nothing. Parts cannot be brought in to AAA, they must provide all parts. These parts are sold to AAA members at as much as 300% mark up over AAA cost. This is standard practice at AAA Car Care locations in Atlanta. Locations like Toco Hills see sales per month of 250k at a 50% profit margin, meaning they are banking 125k per month, all by squeezing AAA members for everything they have, while hiding behind what is their "trusted name and brand". Consumer, AAA Member......BEWARE......AAA CARE CARE PLUS IN ATLANTA IS A RIP OFF!!
