AAA Rims sent wrong item and denied their fault, did not honor agreement Holland Michigan
I found AAA Rims on Ebay. They were one of the few places that carried what I was looking for. BMW Style 135. I emailed them, got quick replies back. So we finalize a deal and I give him a credit card number and he ships the wheels. Great done deal right? NOPE. They shipped me the WRONG wheels, I recieved a BMW Style 42.
Fine, honest mistake I guess. So I call them back. He answers, he told me I ordered the wrong wheels. I know for sure I did not order the wrong wheels, so I told him to re read the email and then he realized he was wrong and will resolve it. Days later no call, so I call him and ask him whats going on. He gives me the go around, so I threatened to CANCEL the credit card payment. So he tells me I need to ship the wrong wheels back and he'll credit me 100$USD back for shipping and I clarified to state on the new rims that it was an exchange.
Fine, done deal. I ship the wheels back to him at my expense first, so couple weeks later I check tracking and I see he's recieved the wheels. Give him a couple days and call him back, he says he'll ship them out, and again asked him to make sure to state it was an exchange for wrong wheels. So of course I get the wheels finally, but in the long run I paid shipping TWICE and BROKERAGE/DUTIES TWICE. Wheels that shouldve costed me about $930USD ended up costing me $1206.92 USD. He ignores all my calls and didn't honor his 100$ credit back to me.
