Although I have never worked for Aarons, I worked for their competition RAC. Even at the end of the rental/lease agreement the merchandise has to be serviced. That is one of the few benefits of going rent to own, I am sure if you complain to corporate they will just give you a different monitor of equal size and type.

Find out who the RM (Regional Manager) is and contact him, if the store you are dealing with will not give you the info contact the next closest Aaron's and get it from them. Explain to the RM how much money you have spent over the years and how you plan on doing additional business if they can take care of this simple problem. As a regional I would find another Monitor for you and simply do a permanent exchange for you and it would be done with. The cost of a replacement monitor for you is far less expensive for Aaron's than the additional business they will loose from you along with the bad taste that would be left if they do not handle this right. I believe a RM will have this handled for you right away.
