AB Energizer's 30 day return & money back policy is BOGUS ...
I purchased the Ab Energizer in January 2002. I received it in early March and returned it to the company March 10. I managed to reach the company after staying on the line for 20 minutes and was guaranteed that my credit card would be credited by April 11. In their advertisement money back is guaranteed.
April 11 came and went. No credit. Managed to contact an operater at Just On TV. (They are no longer taking orders for the product because of the numerous complaints they received.) Her name was Erin and she contacted the company and was told that my account would be credited no later than May 11. Naturally I am still waiting.
Consequently I have filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau down south. I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I urge all to take this route. They are very interested in this matter and the more that complain the better the chance of receiving their help. They are very powerful! cI refuse to give up. The company is totally irresponsible and dishonest.
