Yellow contract reads I can cancel if I move more than 25 miles from my home with no other gyms in the area. I moved 2100 miles away and no gyms in my remote area. So I am letting them know also I will not be renewing my contract and giving you more than the required 30 day notice written so the public can see that. So rep Stephanie Cook do not post the same ridiculas rebutal that you have been posting saying you can't find me to cancel my membership cause yes you can I sent you a letter on June 1 2013, Aug. 10, 2013, and again on Sept. 6,2013.

If you would read them and process them correctly at the verified address we are supposed to send the letters to then no one would be on this site complaining. Yes I have reported you to the BBB and NOW since you have used an illegal unknown weapon against consumers to get a courtesy card number from VISA to charge peoples accounts I am filing fraud papers in court against you and the company.

PEOPLE please call your bank and request a new card and have the bank turn off the VISA UPDATE so that all previous use of your old card will not update AUTOMATICALLY and then no one will have your new card number. I will get my $85.97 back that was charged on Sept. 5th, 2013 to my account illegally plus attorney fees and court costs per the signed letter receipt I have that you did infact received my first letter on June 10th, 2013 and ignored. 30293

Did I give you enough information to find my account, yes I did read the letters that come in to cancel. How many people move 2100 miles away in June and send in letters to cancel their membership?

People do not give out your credit card numbers anymore. I have learned my lesson. If I can't pay for it in cash at once, then I do not need to give out my credit card number. I will gladly use the ATM and pay the fees it is much less of a hassle.

 Stephanie Cook still says she knows nothing about this, really? You have been corresponding with the BBB about this to Cindy Cooper. ABC Financial is who I had a contact with that has been cancelled per written contract. My gym in AZ did not have a problem with my cancellation. You are only the billing company for them for open accounts. The gym hired you I did not hire you. When the gym cancels accounts they close them and do not expect anymore money from me then, as account is closed. So what are you saying Stephanie is you don't care what the gym says or does you just illegally continue to steal money from people that do not owe you? You are not Anytime Fitness so I do not have a contract with you or anyone. Cancelled contract, not an active one. You are hearby publicaly told you do not have authorization to steal money from me in the past, present or future.  This message is written in a public forum for court hearings. Proof is now out there that ABC and Anytime does not have authorization to bill me for a cancelled account, past, present or in the future. BBB is only one place I have filed a complaint with. You will find out the rest in time. As you Stephanie Cook are the one stealing money from me you will have to appear in court also as it now has your signature on the forms to verify you gave authorization to to take money from an unauthorized account. People go online and read the article Visa Updater Program. Very interesting how visa is letting people have your account number and attaching fraudulent cards to your old card to take money from you.

 I have been telling the public all along they play games with you people. Don't let them. She still says after 2 rebuttals they don't know who I am well this is an email I received from Stephanie. So yes she does know who is complaining against them they just want to play games. Little do they know they have been blind copied to other resources for proof of contact on all emails.

 They say they can't find my account. Really Stephanie you just called and emailed me from info in my former account and from the papers you just received from the Better Business Bureau today. So people do not fall victim to them not being able to find your accounts. No Stephanie I can not talk to you on the phone it now must be done in writing thru the BBB as I do not trust talking to ABC Anytime Fitness / ABC Financial Services. I prefer a paper trail. Sorry it has gone this far, but the public needs to stay informed.
