Absolutely New Inc. Company claims to get your invention patented and market your invention. Nothing happened, took my money and closed business. San Francisco California
In 2010, Absolutely New Inc agreed to help me with my invention by patenting and marketing it to potential buyers. I paid them over 8,000 USD and a patent was not filed. Nothing happened, the company then sent a letter that they were no longer in business advised me to not file a lawsuit.
I was completely scammed and I think there are others out there. After researching this years later, (I found all my documents finally) I discovered that another lawsuit [might] have been filed.
