Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company is HORRIBLE!!! The first person to call me was very polite and nice his name was Kenneth Reed, The following week when i called to follow up I spoke with a "michael Collins" and he was VERY VERY RUDE!! He told me that he didnt' have to be nice to me and that I was not his customer or client and that I was just trying to get out of the debt I owed which was so NOT the case. I know I owe the money and am totally willing to pay it but this place scares me!! They claim they are affiliated with an attorney Norman Kalina and by reading on here they are not!!!

When I got off the phone with Michael collins I called my husband and told him what had happened. My husband could see how upset I was so I called to speak with either Michael collins or Kenneth. Michael Collins told me Kenneth was his supervisor. When my husband called Michael COllins told my husband that I started crying on the phone for no reason and had a "mental breakdown"...THAT DID NOT HAPPEN!!! Of course my husband knew that was not true and told him so. Michael Hung up on my husband once and everyone at my husbands work could hear Michael COllins through the phone yelling at my husband!!! THIS WAS ALL so unreal!!! I have never ever been spoken to this way!

I have also never seen a collection agency not send out written statement or one that you have to pay the bill by western union!! I am scared to pay them..I am scared they will start calling my work harrassing me..when i told them not to call my work they said they had the right too even though I quoted the LAW on that!! I do not know what I should do. I think that Kenneth Reed and Michael COllins are playing good cop bad cop with me...Kenneth Reed was nice and the other guy was not...but other reports on there say kenneth was mean to them so I don't trust him either!!

Tracey, STAY OFF THE PHONE!! Never speak to ANY debt collector!

#2Consumer Suggestion

Sat, October 07, 2006

Tracey, This is rule #1! NEVER speak to ANY collector on the phone! It will never do anything positive for you, and will in almost every case make things worse. There is NO REASON to ever speak to any debt collector. Don't do it! If they could actually do anything, they would just do it. They would have no need to talk to you. As per your rights under the FDCPA, send them a CEASE COMMUNICATION request. Send this letter by certified mail, return reciept requested. Put the certified# on the letter itself, and keep a copy for your records. This is very important to do it this way.
