Access Warranty Don't stand behind their contract Van Nuys California
I purchased an extended warranty plan for my truck from Access Warranty to cover the engine, drive train, transmission, and drive axle. They sent me a contract that is a booklet of 11 pages that doesn't give you the entire contract that the administration company uses. And what is in the booklet can be construed to to cover a lot of things that is not covered by the contract. It doesn't matter if you ask the sales people any questions because they really don't know anything about it and will say anything just to sell you their product. The warranty policy is now paid for and the front wheel bearing needs to be replaced and its not covered. The booklet contract doesn't say that the wheel bearings aren't covered it says the they are under the drive axle heading. No details, no explanations, no nothing. Now I have a 500.00 repair that I was told was covered one day and not the next.
