accountnow My fiances tax refund was deposited into my account they restricted it they have been rude San Ramon, California
My fiances tax refund was deposited into my account. Because his name was not on the account they restricted it. They had us fax a bunch of documents. Once they reviewed them they lifted the resrtiction. 2 days later they restricted it again. When I asked them why they said that the originator asked them to return the money to them. The originator faxed them saying that the funds should be released to us. I have been fighting with them since Feb 11 2011 and still they have my money and wont release it. Please help we are homeless living in a homeless shelter. We have 19 month old twins and a 12 year old daughter.
