AccuSearchInc., dba Abika.com Paid to do a background search, they never did. Cheyenne Wyoming
I paid AccuSearchInc.,dba Abika.com to do a background search on someone that I knew had a criminal background. I wanted to see what all it would show. Abika.com was paid $39.95 to do this search.
Abika.com sent me an email a few days later that there was no criminal record on this person. I know that that is not accurate.
Abika.com says they guarantee their results or they will refund your money.
I notified them that their results were not accurate and requested that they show me that a search had actually been done. They told me to show them proof that this person had a criminal background. I sent them copies of court papers. They said they did not recieve, so I sent them again. They said they weren't enough, even though it says right at the top that the person was convicted and gives a case number. I have repeatedly requested a refund, but they do not comply with their guarantee. I do not believe that a background search was ever even done. I believe they simply pocket the money and send an email reply saying whatever they think you want to hear. It is a scam and a ripoff.
