ACER ASPIRE ONE I accidentally leaned on the laptop and the super cheap, fragile screen craked. I had a battery issue from day one so I went to the ACER website. After entering my info it said it was covered under warranty. TWO, POS people named NICOLE and another a*s named WADE called and said if I did not pay for the screen $199 they refuse to stand behind the charging/battery issue. WTF? DONT EVER BUY AN ACER !! COMPLETE TRASH! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
