Acer Never buy an ACER laptop or PC! They have terrible service & support!! Temple Texas
I received and Acer laptop replacement to fulfill the waranty on another that they totally failed to repair and ship correctly. The new laptop was actually a "Refurbished" model and they never told me that. It also started failing and eventually the BIOS crashed due to their incorrect flash bios ugrades! They refused to fix it or even tell me where I could find a bootable flash bios for the laptop.
Their phone customer service is terrible, in India, and doesn't resolve anything. Their website has no indication of bootable bios or any way in which to search for them. It is bad enough when you can't get decent tech support via phone, but when a company can't even list the accurate driver and bios info on their website, it's time for that company to close their doors!! I hope everyone will boycot Acer and stop buying their products!! I know I will and never recommend them again to any client or individual.
