You're right, they will pretend they don't know what you are talking about. It is part of their defense tactic. The DO know and they are counting on you just walking away.
I put in a report on 9/20/10 I believe it was, and please read it if you like. But I told USA Credit, along with a very heartfelt letter, that I had reported them and I wanted my money back. Within hours of posting my comment on Ripoff and sending the email to them, I received an email from them stating... (copy and pasted directly from my email)
Dear Heather,
Thank you for you inquiry.
Please accept this email as confirmation that your account has been canceled. Please contact our Payment Verification Department at 888-805-7611 to expedite your refund.
Sincerely,

I hope it is OK that I included the phone number, I do feel people have a right to have it, and also, we are allowed to include the company phone number when starting the complaint.
Anyway, don't sit back and let them do this to you. Fight back, it is the only way to possibly stop them from continuing to do this to innocent people. Even for the people to did intend to partake in their program, they do not provide what they promise and they need to be shut down.
Good Luck with whatever you decide..
Heather
