Action Floors Ripoff, won't honor warrenty, poor qualityof work,wont be upfront with their installation procedures Tahlequah Oklahoma
My husband and I were building a home in 2003. We contacted Action Floors to come in give us and estimate on how much it would cost to get wood grain vinyl flooring in 4 rooms and carpet in 4 rooms. We even ask them to clean the cement floors up before laying down all the flooring.
They verbally agreed. This would also include cleaning the varnish from the cabinets off the cement floor as well or some kind of vapor barrier over the varnish. Just before a year was up, after ONE worker from Action floors did the job. I noticed brown spots appearing through the vinyl flooring in my kitchen.And the vinyl lifting in places. I called the company to come and look at it, because we needed it to be repaired.
All the company told me was they had to let their Mill rep. know about it and they will get back with me.After multiples of calls,it has been going on over a year now, so I called them again and talked to the owner of the company Dan. he told me that he would come out on a monday and look at it, to let me know just what they could do.
Well monday came and no Dan. So I called Dan again and he told me the same as the first guy did. "I have to get with my mill rep and call you in a couple of days" well its been two weeks now and no call from Dan. I have varnish from all the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms seeping through the vinyl floors, These are big multiple spots. My vinyl is lifting in places.My carpet that is on my living room floor and is suppose to have a 20 year warrenty is unraveling where they pieced a part in.I have talked to several other people about thei satisfaction with Action Floors and they are having the same problems. Action Floors doesnot care about their work. Or customer satifaction.
