Action Liquidators And Auctioneers ripoff, bait and switch, took the money and ran, did not deliver the product, will not return phone calls Garnerville New York
We ordered 6 pallets of name brand tools from Rudy on 9-13-05 at a cost of $6,600.00 with freight. The order was paid for by a wire transfer. The order was late and Action claimed it was a trucking problem. They claimed that it was a train wreck.
The trucking company called us and said they found our order, but they acted like it was not our stuff, but was going to try to deliver it anyway. Then Action claimed that the trucking company had switched the items from the train wreck. Action claimed they did not sell the tools that were on the pallets. So we went back and forth with Action and the trucking company for months.
Action claimed that they we going to send out the correct pallets and that never happened. In the end they would not even take our phone calls. The trucking company tried to return the pallets to Action and they refused them. The trucking company finally scraped the order.
If you look on Actions web site they picture name brand tools. They also advertise that they have name brand tools in the Closeout News.
We are out $6,600.00 and they will not even take our phone calls to work this out.
