Adept bailbonds The bond company has not returned my bail after 2 months of my case being dissolved and are not returning my calls after over payment of bond money. Its been 2 months since my charges have been dissolved. Phoenix Az.
I've been in contact with Mr Rayford Dexter-El, manager at adept bailbonds to bond me out of Maricopa county jail on Aug 3 of 2014. My bond was 10,000 secure bond, So i put my 1999 GMC Yukon and 1,050 in cash. The day I was to be released I went back to court and one of my charges was dropped which made my bail 2,500 but wen I was released he told me i would receive the remainder of my money back once the case was dissolved. Its been 30 working days plus 3 extra weeks and we gave him cash. Now I can't seem to reach him on the phone and he's dodging me. Will some one please help me. I haven't defaulted on any agreement of the companies policies. I do have receipts of the transactions.
