adpostnow.com Took money for posting ads on craiglsist and didn't provide services

This company posts "For Sale" ads on craigslist. I paid for 120 ads over 10 days. They stopped posting after 19 ads and stopped responding to my emails. The first 19 ads also had no way for a customer to reply so they were useless.
After many attempts over 3 weeks with no posting and no response I asked for a refund. That went ignored also. Man I dealt with is named Anis.
