ADR Specialty Group - Barbara Beatty Barbara Beatty w/ ADR Specialty Group is a THIEF and SCAM ARTIST Glendale, AZ & Moswcow, ID Idaho
Barbara Beatty hired Protected Van Lines, a broker, to move her Household Goods from Arizona to Idaho. My company, Allstates Moving and Storage, the carrier, was hired by the Broker to actually move her items.
After everything was said and done, Barbara disputed her payment via credit card because she said she didn't recognize the charge. Once we informed the bank who we were, they awarded the money back to us. Barbara didn't like that, being she was trying to get her move for free, and disputed the charge AGAIN, saying that her credit card was stolen during the time of this transaction.
First of all, if this were true, what kind of thief "steals" someone's credit card and then uses it to pay for the move of the person they stole the credit card from? Can you believe that the bank sided with the customer? Even though the 'Moving From' address was EXACTLY the same as the billing address.
This lady, Barbara Beatty, owns a mediation company, ADR Specialty. This lady is a scam artist and a thief. I would hate for somebody else with a small business to get involved with her, and then, the same thing happen to them. I have numerous emails from this client saying she would take care of her payment with us, after disputing the charge, and she has yet to do so. I would be happy to provide the emails to anybody who would like to see them.
Please take my advice and don't do business with this woman! She will rip you off!!!
