That is true and I strongly agree with you, I have "miserably" failed to do my home work BEFORE I was "hired", but I believe that honesty goes along way too... 55k for the first year is literally a joke, and as far as I am concerned that wasn't a job! But again, you sound like an employee of the company and if 2k per month is money for you... Well my friend, God Bless you... Furthermore, if you fail to see how that's a ripoff let me just tell you this... "When you lie to get someone to work for you and that person put's money from his savings account in order to make this job work, after all it's a again, 100% commission based "job", that's my friend is a ripoff. And if you don't understand that, I think you should stay at your present job. No offense!

What a great idea, Rik, I'm quitting my alarm company job and taking your advice.
What is your address, please? Do you have a big dog? Are you gone certain days or evenings?
Awaiting your reply.

people are on to these alarm company scams and don't get suckered like they used to.
You'll make more money burglarizing.

Looks like you should have done your homework BEFORE working for ADT.
I fail to see the Ripoff if you accepted their terms when you were hired.
If you haven't found a new job by now, it's time to do so.
