I have tried the phone number on my credit card statement an it is not a good number I am trying to cancell with them but I cannot find a way to do it

On the left hand side of the main page after login, it gives you your memebership information. It will tell you if you have auto-renew on or off. To turn it off, just click on the link there to update this option and your membership will be cancelld and you would not be billed again. I used to be a member, and had great success there. I have also cancelled my membership twice without any problems.
