scam artist indeed, Harrel spann goes by 'ray, known around bangor for ripping his co-workers and customer's off. ray will show up to the job site with roofing equipment so he can ask for the check or payment from the paying customer, when he gets it in hand he will pack up and leave. anthor time he over charged an older lady because she had holes and soft spots in roof, all he did was have his workers go right over it with the new roofing shingles! he thinks hes a expert and a handy man, another house he told the family that he was a electrician got paid, then tried to fix a light socket and almost caught house on fire a black mark and smoke went up the wall because he shorted the fuse/wires, then ray left house with payment never to return to fix the damages that he caused. rays last real job was Dorothea dix in Bangor, ME he worked there as a maintenance man back in 2009-2010, he was fired for stealing from the company, mostly metal and copper and cashing at scrap yards. befor that job he worked for william's roofing as a labor worker out of Brewer, ME, ray was fired for check fraud. Ray spann is almost 55 years old and has been a life long criminal ,he has spent time in prison, ray has an awful back ground record, for your safety of your home and family do not hire, oh and one more thing he tells people he is a veteran of the Marine's but he served last then one year because the Marine's kicked him out!

This is a very untrue statment. The person who wrote this is upset with me because I turned him and his wife in for Elder abuse on his own Dad who has been my friend for 30 years and growing marijuana in his fathers basement. These people where also defraudind the State Of Maine for benefits. Phil and Trina Cayford were charged with elder abuse, defrauding the State of Maine and charged with growing marijuana. They also lost their Maine care. I have a awesome business including a franchise customer Dariy Queen in Bangor Maine and 20 other accounts who I have served for 20 plus years. I was honorably discharged from USMC and have used vet benefits for 30 years. I am also a Substance Abuse and alcohol councelor. I have never taken monies and left a job. Phil and Trina need to show the proof which they have none. I ran into Phil and he ask me to recant my statement to the District Att. office so he could get his benefits back. Phil and Trina Cayford also were stealing their Dads retirement check every month and not giving his father one red cent, so I reported them both and now they are making false lies because they are upset. They both go to the methadone client everyday. They are lazy and don't want to work, but live off Robert Cayford. Phil also stole his grandmothers credit card and maxed it out. Took her safe with several thousand dollars in it.What they posted was decribing themselves. Trin a stole her mothers jewlery and went to prison for it. Check them out and see who the liar is. I have a great business and there tryiny everythink that can for revenge!
