I own a small business in Polk County Florida. i hired Tim Steinmetz from Advanced Insulation Services, LLC in Winter Haven to cover and insulate all of our piping. You would think this is a easy straight forward job. When I first met Tim i was impressed. He was very professinal and I got a good feeling about him and his company. He gave me a written estimate and I signed and gave him a 50% deposit. And that is where the good ended and the bad started.
Tim Steinmetz from Advanced Insulation Services, LLC never came back to do the work. As of todays date it has been more than 90 days and the work is still not done. Every time I call Tim Steinmetz from Advanced Insulation Services, LLC he talks professinal and polite and he will set a date for his crew to come over and do the job, the problem is they never show up.
Tim Steinmetz from Advanced Insulation Services, LLC has missed 4 different instulation dates and I am getting very upset. I talked to my company attorny and he said that they way the contract is written I can get my deposit back however I cant get any attorny fees so by the time I sue this Scam Artist Tim Steinmetz from Advanced Insulation Services, LLC I will not actualy get that much money back because it will be eaten up in legal fees.
This message is for TIM, I Promise you that if you do not give me my deposit back or complete the project I will never go away, I will make sure that every future customer of your knows how big of a scumbag you really are.
