Advanced Laser Clinics ripoff false advertisement on 2yr guarantees false promises Irvine California
I was promised a 2yr guarantee if I were to pay the total cost up front totalling the sum of 1,399.80 which I did. now at the end of my 5th treatment they are telling me since I rescheduled 2 of my scheduled appointments I lose my 2yr guaratee promise for laser hair removal, Not once when I called to reschedule did they tell me that by me rescheduling I would lose out on my 2yr guarantee and the 2 times I did call it was because i was ill due to me being diabetic and i would explain that to them the receptionist would say no problem and she would just reschedule me and say I hope you feel better. Now they say if i want my guarantee I will have to pay an additional 349.00 in order for them to give me my guarantee that I already paid for. My god what is this world coming to.
