Advanced Moving Systems liars cheaters Rip-off Sunrise Florida
This moving company we used to move from Texas to Florida packed us and transported our belongings. When we received our stuff, it was incredible how some things were put in the truck. They supposedley charged extra for packing material and some boxes didn't even have packing material!!
They used our pillows and bed comforters to package some of our items. Most of our items are damaged and they have not contacted us to let us know the status of our claim. This is after we have turned in pictures of damages and the appropriate claim form they sent us.
I've called numerous times and get placed on hold. The next time I call, I ask to speak to the person I spoke to before and they lie and tell me no one is there by that name.
I reported them to the BBB and they have lied to them stating that they have contacted me and have given me my money for damages.
They have misled and lied to me from the very beginning!!! They demanded their money up front in a cashier's check and now I know why.
PLEASE, if anything comes out of this, let it be that no one ever uses this company and puts these dishonest theives out of business!
