AdvanceOnline Corp Taking NPI/PII have not offered employees an IDTheft, mitigation Plan as required by State and Federal Laws Non Compliant Houston Texas
asked what Kent knew about IDTheft Laws, he said "he's not interested!" It's not an issue if he's interested he must offer a mitigation plan in the eyes of State , Federal Govt. Management before a Breach occures. AdvanceOnline has not done that and have already had a Company Breach exposing employees NPI/PII Identities! Not compliant to ITEPA, FACTA, GDPR!
