Aerosmith Www.aeroforceone.com membership ripped me off dirty ripoff liars Internet
I joined Aerosmith's website membership for $35, in order to get advanced notice of upcoming concerts, and the ability to get in on early pre-sales for concerts.
They did NOT email me of the upcoming concert Oct 10 at Shoreline Ampitheatre in Mountain View, CA. When I had checked the site in the past, it said the concert was postponed. Then I heard late this Sunday, July 20 that the tickets went on sale to the general public that morning. by the time I got to the website, it was SOLD OUT.
When I complained to the website, they said they had sent eamils out. I NEVER received ANY emails from them (and I made sure my email address was correct in my membership profile). When I asked them to prove they sent the emails, or refund my $35, or allow me to still buy a few tickets, they bascially said emails were sent out (which they weren't), that the membership wasn't just for emails about upcominc concerts, and that the membership fee was non-refundable. In otherwords, they ripped me off and blew me off.
Do not join Aerosmith's website membership. It is a ripoff.
