Hello, My Name is Patrick, and Unfortunately I have been sucked in buy their sweet talking as well as a good return and paid them $11900 on May 2007. Since my venture began with AFL/KENT WOODHOUSE AND ASSOCIATES, I've had nothing but false hopes since watching the story on A Current Affair and finding out what has been going on, I have been really upset by the way hard working ordinary Australians have been treated thus the reason for this email. I am wounding if you have taken the next step of starting legal action against Jeff Kent and his company? I really think the only way we have a chance at getting at least some of our hard earned money back, is by coming together and forming some kind of class action against KENT WOODHOUSE AND ASSOCIATES. I have no legal experience what so ever but I've been doing some research and have spoken to a few Solicitors in this field and they too even recommended this process. So if you are interested in filing a class action or if you are already involved in some kind of legal action I would very much like to be involved. If you wish to speak further please do not hesitate to contact me on the below information. Yours Sincerely Patrick Footscray, Melbourne Vic

Ever since the first report against AFL appeared on this website, we have been regularly keeping track to check on new reports, updates and comments by those who have been stung by these scammers, as it is the only forum thru which the victims have been able to connect.....so while we feel a sense of revulsion every time we read yet another low-down trick they have pulled on a trusting investor, at the same time we also feel a sense of empowerment that none of the victims so far are willing to let these rogues get away with it. Both Susan and I gave our contact details on comments we posted on the site, but Ripoff Report, as a matter of policy, will not release these details to anyone else, not even other victims of the same scam who wish to work together, and so our phone number, email id and even postal address were edited out before they were posted on the website. Is there an alternative forum where victims of AFL can establish contact and share our information and ideas? It is especially frustrating for us, being based in New Zealand and trying to find out what is the correct procedure for lodging complaints of this nature to authorities in Australia....we feel especially disadvantaged because of ignorance of local laws and authorities' contact details or the extent of their jurisdiction, knowing very little about the local media and its impact and we fear that we could be wasting valuable time barking up the wrong tree, literally, while these con men disappear with all our hard-earned money in their pockets. ACCC has told me they can't do anything much as we are not Australian residents. ASIC has said they will look into it if I send them a formal complaint, but admitted that since AFL is not selling a tangible "product" but more of a service generated out of a gambling software, they may not be able to do anything much either. So, where do we go from here....?
