Complaint Review: AIR Roofing - Southlake Texas

I immediately filed paperwork in Tarrant County Courthouse as well as filed "Criminal" charges with Tarrant County Sheriff's office. Additionally,  after his work my home FAILED inspection by Southlake. ...they installed the venting up against the wood decking of the roof which is a mechanical failure his people wired the vent fans piggy backed on the OLD thermostats/temperature control devices. As far as I know there was no final court date set as I never received notice.  I'll upload pictures of his contractors in action throwing their supplies on my landscaping, changed contract without my signature, deductible agreement or initials as well as his own voice

(I recorded our conversations both in person and via phone - TX one party record state) saying where he had to "short cut" the supplies/part of the job because I had signed an agreement for him to put a sign in my yard advertising which was to cover the "deductible" which is exactly what he had sued me for saying he had to recoop the costs somewhere.  I'll also uupload copies of the paperwork I filed in court against them.  Just because his claims of other satisfied customers doesn't mean he hasn't acted in such a manner as this before. I still say RUN and choose another company. 

My company did a roofing job for Diane Dorman in Southlake. During the construction, her next door neighbor came over and told my sales rep Scott Martin that we would never get paid for our job.  We completed the work and tried to collect , complaints started about damage to sprinklers and landscape. I am a licensed irrigator in the state of Texas for 25 years and a professional landscaper.. My sales rep was hunting so I responded to this complaint as the invoice for the roof was owner 30 days past due. The house is on Ascot and White Chapel on the South East corner and if you are familiar with the area you know it is the house with dead weeds for a lawn and 11 mal nourished dwarf Buford Hollys.  I was very surprised to have a landscape complaint. Poison ivy growing all over  weeds every where. I responded by getting a broken down sprinkler running  and redoing the landscape everywhere she claimed damage. I also showed her and her boy friend pics that the sprinkler heads were not damaged but were covered in mud and dirt and where buried all over the yard. Not just where we worked. In order to receive the 14000$ check she owed I went over board and personally planted new bushes grass and ground cover..  None of which had any visible damage.  I still only received half of the balance. The different contracts where for the interior work. The total balanced paid was around 32k we received 14k. The insurance fraud was this home owner pocketing insurance storm loss money for my work and the other work inside she never had done.   I have not recieved any complaint about the gutters or the roof from Diane personally or to our office since we completed the landscape. The work is perfect! I will be happy to show before and after pictures of everything including 3k worth of free landscaping. I have iall pics and docs to prove this lady is the fraud her neighbor warned us about which I brought to our civil court case against this homeowner that she did not bother to show up to..

I was shown this complaint by a customer of ours and was shocked

I also have mechanics lien and was just informed by the city of Southlake that her house is back on taxes and may be auctioned 

       I have over 6000 satisfied customers in the Southlake area and my family and I still live work in this town everyday .... I don't have to wear a bag on my head because we do a good job and stand behind it
