Airpark Chrysler Jeep ripoff dishonest misrepresentation and lying to customer about payment date Scottsdale Arizona
Airpark Chrysler Jeep Criminals and Lyers- Dale Bremer- Finance Director and David Schort- Finance Manager. This dealership and both men are criminals, liars and should be avoided at all cost. This dealership also engages in misrepresentation and treats its customers poorly!!
I bought a new Jeep Liberty 11/2006 and this is my situation:
I was told my payment date would be switched because of a mistake on the dealerships part. Dale Bremer-The Finance Director (he is a short , fat, guy with glasses in his late 40's) told me he would take care of it. I called him over 50 times in the course of 2 months and to no avail. He calls me back saying he can't switch the date after confirming that he could
David Schort (a much older man in his late 60's, glasses and out of shape) is the Finance Manager. I sent him an email with my checking account information. David Schort doesnt know how to use email!@!! My checking account information was needed so we could set up bi-weekly payments and since he doesnt know how to use email the information didnt make it in time to smartnote ( the bi-weekly payment company) and I wasnt eligible. This is after he confirms over the phone he had it all taken care of and my payment plan would be set up.
As of 3/1/06 this issue hasnt been resolved and Dale does not return my phone calls. Dale Bremer and David Schort both lied and misrepresentated themselves and its not the first time I have found out by searching this site.
