As an experienced professional well versed in franchise law and the rules that govern franchising in Canada, I have had my share of companies that I have quickly come to realize are not viable for anyone to invest in. In many case the not even the company itself is able to sustain itself. One company that comes to mind is AirTrona. As much of these fly by night operations the CEO and key personnel are drowning in a sea of potential, clouded by the reality that the products and or services are simply not profitable.
Taking on a contract position to assist the said company in prepping them to become "Franchise Ready" I spent the first few days reviewing their operations and quickly came to the realization that they were losing money daily. As a matter of fact I realized immediately that the company was actually in significant debt. They were behind in rent, utilities, phone bills, car payments, fleet payments, business loans, other related creditors, vendors, printers and more. This was even more substantiated when I was advised to not deposit my pay cheque. As matter of fact when I left the company I had not been able to deposit the chq and have still since not been paid. Of course I was promised to be paid by Sam Barberio and James Cairns. I had even proposed to taken payments.
I don’t need to go into details but what a poor unsuspecting investor should be aware of is simply to stay away from this company. If you do take the liberty to speak to Sam the highly religious and god fearing man ensure to get copies of his fiscal year financials, and up to date disclosure document. Ask to speak to the various Dealerships they have dealt with in the past. Talk to the Business Exchange about paying their invoices when they advertised. Talk to Flyer Unlimited on how long to took my friend to get paid.
In addition, they are on the OTC. How that happened is beyond me but only in the staes could that be allowed. GOOGEL Chancery Resources CCRY and see for yourself.

As an investor, and one who holds shares in Airtrona and many other companies, I would like to make the following observations.
1) When I read any consumer satisfaction surveyposting be it for a hotel, for a service, product etc., I always look for hallmarks of an agenda. I do this because, for example, competing hotels are known to have fake "dissatisfied customers" make postings on the surveys of their competition.
2) As an investor I am always aware when I read articles, message board postings, various reports, that a person bashing a particular company/stock may very likely either have a short position on the stock, may wish to buy in at a lower price, or is being payed by someone who does to slander the company. This practice is ubiquitous in the stock market.
3) When someone makes a sneering personal insult to the CEO of a company referring to him as a "God Fearing Man" etc. I am definitely immediately questioning the veracity or motivation of someone who would engage in such an unnecessary personal attack. If you have something of substance, with proof, to post, then do so without personal invective.
4) I read nothing in this report that provides proof of any malfeasance. Every startup company struggles for cash to finance its efforts until it can become profitable. Airtrona is in this catagory, and the stockprice reflects such. That is why shareholders understand that there is high risk/high reward for investing in companies that are at this stage of developement and the shares are extremely inexpensive and speculative. To basely try to undercut the efforts of this company to succeed with such a report is both unfair to the company, and wastes the time of people who come here for legitimate complaints.
