AIU took loans out when they knew I wasnt working Internet
I attended Aiu in 2006 they talked me into loans that I couldnt afford to repay as i was a live in nanny...I denied the loans and they still sent them threw now Im in the hole for loans I cant repay I had a pell grant they took 2000.00 of it and I got 4500.00 never seen any of the rest of the money from pell grant!

How did they talk you into taking loans, denying them at the same time? If you denied the loans how were you able to attend the school?

You supposedly denied the loans, but what happened to the money? Did you think they were giving you free money you didn't have to pay back? Why didn't you just give the money back in the beginning?

If you denied the loans and AIU processed them anyway, it's fraud on their part. Contact the lender and explain that you did NOT sign for the loans. It is entirely likely, however, that AIU slipped in some paperwork for your signature and you really did sign for the money, even though you didn't realize it. Again, contct the lender. They're the ones who can help you.
