Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Liars and thieves! We purchased a car here in February. Leaving the dealership we stopped at a gas station as the car was almost empty (why didn’t they fill the car up for a customer purchasing the vehicle?) and we couldn’t add gas to the car. There was already a defect with the gas funnel. We went back to the dealership and they go oh it’s a manufacturer issue you have to fix it at a dodge dealership.... okkk so we went to dodge dealership and it was taken care of.

Now we are in March and the car is overheating, again we take it to dodge dealership and they saw a leak and took care of it with a clamp. Now in June guess what the car is overheating again. We go back to the same dodge dealership and they found that someone Jb welded the radiator. Well that someone would be @alhendricksontoyota we called numerous times telling them they sold us a bad car and the sales team would transfer us to the service team and the service team would never answer. The.

We spoke with Albert, supposedly the manager of sales, and told him the repairs are going to cost us $1600 for a bad car that they sold us without our knowledge. He said he would see what he can do and would give us a call back. Guess what, no freaking call. I tried calling back for him and kept getting put off. What crooks! For being a “good” dealership they screwed us over.

Don’t go here they don’t care about anyone but their $. I’ll be posting to bbb and rip off report as well to help future customers be weary of this corrupt dealership. They tried to sell us on an extended warranty also but what’s the point when they already ruined it with putting jb weld on the car.

Any owner would have taken to dealer for a free fix. Therefore who is left to do a band aid fix?...

Go ahead disprove it call Dayton Andrews dose Chrysler jeep and ask them the notes on it. My phone records are VOID of al Hendrickson ever calling me back. They NEVER never cared about a problem with the vehicle. Remember in the very start they tried to give me an empty gas tank... WHAT DEALER new car purchase give you an EMPTY GS tank? These guys are cons and need criminal charges for what they do.

That’s great you want to say no proof of jb weld but guess what there are pics and notes from dealer. But guess what it isn’t just about the jb weld it is about your shotty cars you pass off and IGNORE phone calls to talk through it like an adult and own up for the crap you sell. The car was sold under a warranty and voided bc of a band aid. If an owner had it they would not use a band aid bc it’s under warranty FREE FIX derp...

You bought the car "As-Is", meaning that anything and everything that goes wrong with the car is YOUR responsibility.

But beyond that, your claim has other issues.   One of the biggest is the timing. Based on your narrative you had taken your car to the Dodge Dealership at least 2 times before they noticed this. One of those times was for the same issue you took it for in June.  So why wasn't this noticed in March?  That is a question I would be asking the Dodge Dealership.

If your claim is that it was hard to see. When a dealer sells a car, they don't go looking for problems.  They may go through some basic checks but they aren't going to tear a car apart to see if there are any other issues.  So it is possible that it was that way when they got the car.

If you claim it was obvious, then again why didn't the Dodge dealer notice it previously?

The next is that you didn't have the issue for another 4 months after you bought it(3 months after you had it "fixed" the first time).

Just one other comment on the dealer.  Dealers are the highest cost place to take your car to get repaired, that $1600 is likely 2-3 times what you could get a good independent mechanic to do the same job.
