Alabama Board of Nursing The Alabama Board of Nursing is a farce they hate LPN but when you report patient abuse against a NP and their office manager who unjustly terminates and refuses to see you while your sick the Board can't find any evidence Montgomery Alabama

The Alabama board of pharmacy is just a farce. When you report actually bad neglect medical people like NP. Who refuses to give your medicine that you need because the office manager Traci at perferred medical group acts like the Doctor who is in charge. They get the patient upset. The NP refused to override the old medicine prescription because the pharmacy didn't fill the most expensive first.
Traci kept on arguing and getting us frustrated. Medicaid told us that the NP can override the computer to give me a new prescription. The call got disconnected some how. Over the coming weeks we texted and texted the office would never text back.
Then Traci said called and some reason my prescriptions wasn't being approved when I called them into the pharmacy. She said I'm not a patient anymore because I was upset, but only after they caused me to get upset.
Now the Board of nursing says their isn't enough evidence to do anything to the NP & closed the complaint. This angers me so much. Patients or employees can't get justice in the state of Alabama.

I find it funny it was only these two who testified against my mom & they directly say they saw my mom place food in a patient medication. But the criminal judge recommended that my mom's license be suspended for 6 months he was the cruelest to my mom. But the Board went back to their recommendation of only 3 months & a fine which my mom never paid,
The nursing board attorney made the comment are you saying they are falsely accusing my mom. The Board just couldn't accept that the Nursing Home administrator did falsely accuse my mom along with the director of nursing. It was all a setup thing from the beginning & this other nurse came to my mom later & told her it was a setup to get rid of her.
I still take it personally & I have nothing but hate against them! My mom is getting a lawyer to sue the board after I found that other nurses were suing 10 years after their license had been suspended. The other problem is the Board doesn't do anything against actually RN or NP who actually do harm patients when they fail to treat them when they're sick.
They only want to go after innocent nurses who are trying to make a living in this cruel world. It was all cruel what they did to my mom at the Board of Nursing & from these two witches from parkwood. I want revenge that is why my mom is talking to a lawyer now to get revenge. They caused us nothing but problems for what they did to my mom! It was nothing but a witch hunt.

The board of nursing said I didn't have any evidence of preferred medical group not providing me with quuailty care. But they board of nursing makes up evidence when they want to rear end other nurses who are trying to work to survive.
The Board of Nursing want actually go after a NP who has a little bit more education than a LPN. Who actually commits the offense. Terminating a patient after getting them upset & frustrated after them & their office manager caused it.
Consumers/Patients/low level income employees can't get justice in Alabama. Everything is corrupt to the core.
