Alan Harvey PeComo Company Refused to pay for his daughters clarinet Houston, Texas
Alan Harvey purchased a new Buffet clarinet for his daughter and asked to pay for 1/2 of it immediately and the rest in 30 days. It is now November 23rd, 2009- almost 6 months later and he refused to either return the instrument for a partial refund or pay the bill. DO NOT EXTEND CREDIT to Alan Harvey. He is unlikely to pay you, based on my personal experience.
If anyone has filed suit against him for any reason, I would appreciate being contacted. I intend to take him to small claims court.
