Albert L. Garrard ripoff Conned several women by false pretenses of being in love with them and planning to marry them in order to con them out of money. Then dissappearing. Charlotte North Carolina
Uses many aliases, SSN's, and addresses. A smooth talker that preys on women's emotions by using love as a method to extract money from them. He promises marriage and involves the womens' families by borrowing money from them as well in the pretense of emergenies.
He works several women simultaneously. The relationships increase intensity quickly (in a matter of a few months), and then he dissappears. Have discovered other women he has done this to and his life-time stories do not match.
There's very little to be told about his background to help you discern this person as his past is ever changing. Represents false company purchases to get investors, then dissappears. He has recently served time in a federal prison for such crimes, yet was still going strong from within the prison system.
I am confident that he continues to prey on lonely women who have just enough money to keep him afloat. Uses religion if necessary to entice Christian ladies into submission to his gains.
