My shipment was put out to bid in good faith on uShip.com website, with a complete and accurate description. All measurements were accurate. Number of packages was accurate. In fact the shipment was bid for 450 lbs, whereas the actual shipping weight was only 380 lbs.! Ten days after delivery I see a charge on my debit card for an additional "upcharge" $275.00. The original bid was only $286.00 Hardly a reason for an "upcharge" of even one PENNY! Much less nearly the entire cost of the original shipment bid itself! OUTRAGEOUS!!!! and SHAMEFUL!!!! and PITIFUL!!!!
I was hoping to have a good long relationship and hundreds of shipments. But this is how I am treated as a new customer? I get no response from anyone through emails or calls to justify this "upcharge". I now have to dispute this through PayPal. If that doesn't work I have promised Aldin, Inc. I will come to Illinois to file suit in Small Claims court.
This company, and it's shells are snakes. WATCH OUT!!!
