Ali Alimadadian Shirin Niami Fake Auto Broker/Wholesaler! Sold me a car and never produced title! Redmond WA
This guy is selling cars out if his house, basically "curbstoning" which of course is against the law, and even worse, he doesn't have titles for most of them!
I paid for a vehicle and he could never produce title! Looked him up in Washington State Court records and he's basically being sued by everyone!
Apparently he is intimidated by his demanding and overbearing wife Shirin who is apparently some money hungry psycho he claims he is trying to get away from, but with all the lies he told me, the reality is she is probably the brains behind the operation.
The loser couldn't stop telling me how smart he is and how his family is so wealthy and that his dad is a doctor, blah blah, blah....
Stay away from this guy, he is nothing but bad news!

I've never been a car dealer in my life and only ever sold my own cars, Always with titles. I've never sold a car to a person by the name of Marcus. Whoever you are, you should check your facts, before you make false accusations. How would you like it, if some one did that to you. You should be ashamed of yourself.

The same person has filed three reports on this site, with false allegations of me running a unlicensed construction company. I am responding to these allegations as only 10% of what is being claimed is true.
The only truth to these matters are that I do owe the person making these claims some money although it was not my fault that the person filing this claim would not answer his phone to take delivery of the vehicle. He wouldn't contact me afterwards.
Its pretty amazing that ripoff report allows people to make unsubstantiated claims against anyone. I have lost several jobs because of the allegations made against me.
I currently am working with a licensed contractor. Ms Niami makes a very honest living and has never taken a dollar from a person that she did not earn. She has never taken one dollar from the construction business but the claimant keeps The names of the people quoted are wrong and is the main reason why I am responding to allegations. He quotes Mr. Anand as being a person who has defrauded the claimant. I have had no contact with Mr. Anand for over 20 years but the claimant is incorrectly using his name.
I am tired of the person making these false claims. Like an idiot, I even tried working with the claimant one last time in the car business and again was bullied and lied to about the situation. He says I am curbing cars I tried to help the claimant buy and sell vehicles for a licensed and bonded company based out of Texas that he was previously employed and fired from.The only person who made money from that venture was the claimant. I am keeping his name anonymous due to the repercussions of responding to the claims.
