This business is such a sluth! I ordered a custom made shelf in January In hopes to complete my laundry room before our out of town guest arrived in April. reseat searching and searching, I found the perfect shelf on Aliyah Rose's web page. The e-storefront seemed very ligitamet. Don't be deceived! I placed my custom order and followed the instructions provided by the owner Issac Herron in February. Athen end of March I emailed to check my order status with no reply. After several emails I finally got the same stories as ttthe other reports shared. Back logged! After months of waiting and several correspondence which includes a series of lies, I told Issac and his wife ShaRon that I would be contacting my credit card for a refund. I called my credit card company only to find out that the website was removed and the storefront was gone. This despicable crook contines to recreate new sites so he can swindle money from innocent consumers. Such a shame! Read the BBB complaints With includes a referral to the Feds for an investigation. Wife's name is Sarah - sorry for the typo. The storefront that I was referred to in February 2013 was http://aliyahrosehomefurnishings.com/. As you can see this site no longer exist. As well, there are several complaints on this site documenting the same experience with Ally and Company. Additional reports related to your businesses complaints can be found on the BBB site (See below for complaint details). Coincidence? I think not!

A BBB Business Alert has been issued - warning that Aly and Company, a Lincoln, Nebraska based seller of wooden bookcases and other furnishings on the Internet, has been the subject of unanswered complaints to the BBB, after customers in several states made full online payments for the merchandise and received nothing after waiting for months.
In the past three months, the BBB has presented ten complaints to the company, all seeking refunds of amounts ranging from $115 to $1300, reporting non-delivery. Repeated BBB efforts to obtain answers to the complaints from the company have been met with no response. The company is now also doing business as Aliyah Rose Home Furnishings, also in Lincoln.
The BBB has advised company owner Isaac Herron that the company's failure to respond and resolve the complaints has resulted in this BBB Business Alert and that the BBB will refer the complaints to federal law enforcement authorities requesting appropriate action on behalf of the customers.

There are several facts in this report that are inaccurrate. My wife's name is not Sharon. We are not hiding from anyone nor are we changing names. It has always been Aliyah Rose Home Furnishings or Aly and Company. Is is very common to have divisons within the same company especially when selling on several sites. The "custommade" website you mentioned is an old outdated site that is no longer used and in fact is not the one you purchased from. Our other sites are working and have been.
Yes we are behind in orders and since we are just two people trying to fulfill orders. We have communicated this to our customers that we are behind with. We do have a good number of satisfied customers. I had let this particular customer know that I am working on the order and trying to complete it as soon as possible. As far as contacting the credit card company; I have not received a chargeback notification on this order. The site and company are still here so there is no reason for the credit card company not to dispute the transaction unless it has a time limit.
Again we are not hiding from our customers and are trying to work with those who have old orders to resolve the matter and complete them.
