Netspend continually allows Ardyss to rape my account. I have followed their requirements to dispite transactions. Total disputed amounts to date $1450.00 to date. Nothing has been done as of the date of this report and the cutoff is August 19.
Nothing has been done to by netspend to assist in stopping them from continually sending through unaythorized charges.
Their customer service is outsourced in another country, and you continually get the run around in their phone system.
These are prepaid debit cards not credit cards and more secure measures should be required by Mastercard from their merchants and/or affiliates to protect a customers assets.
I tried to contact Zmastercard for help and their customer service agent Julia said they had nothing to do with the practices of their affiliates.
